Blower Division

rotary twin

Economical and ideal for pneumatic conveying,blending and fluidizing of powdered or granular materials and aeration of liquids.The flow capacities upto 85,000 CMH and pressures upto 1.1 kg/cm2. The blowers for high suction pressures are with mechanical seals and pressurized lubrication and other design change.

Capacity: Upto 85000 M3/Hr., 
Pressure : Upto 1.1 bar 'g', Vac.- 0.5 bar

Boosters are used for circulation of gases for chemical proocess. The gases handled are Hydrogen, Nitrogen, oxygen, Biogas, Carbon-Di- Oxide, Methance, Mixed Gas, BF Gas, Coke Oven Gas etc. The boosters are fitted with improved Sealing system to make it leak-proof. The mechanical seals are fitted, if application so warrants. The construction materials are special, depending upon the nature of gas.

Integrally Geared Type

High efficiency Swam Turbo Blowers are most advanced single stage centrifugal machine based on high speed focused specialized technology oil less operation.

Capacity : Upto 21000 M3/H

Super Helical Hybrid Blower are most advanced machine with complete integrated package with VFD Touchscreen, HMI, complete instruments for interlocking and logic control. It is most suited for SBR based STP operation due to high turn down capability as low as 20% and beneficial for process optimisation and energy saving, whereas other blowers has operational limitation and has 100-60% turndown limit.

vacuum Pump with Secondary

For negative suction, the pumps are ideally suited for processes requiring medium vacuums such as degassing, exhausting and pneumatic conveying. Pumps with secondary cooling (MHV series) develop vacuum upto 8000 mmwg. The operation is completely dry. (Can also be used as Truck Blower Application).

rotary Sliding Vane Compressors

A cylindrical rotor turns eccentrically in cylindrical stator of larger diameter. The free space left between stator and rotor is half moon shaped. Some slots are milled in the rotor and stratified plastic blades slide freely in these slots. As rotor rotates due to centrifugal force, blades come out and forced against cylindrical casing, hence create individual cells with reducing volumes during rotation from suction to discharge.

Static pressure upto 1800 mmwg in single stage,Higher static pressure by multi-staging. ID / FD FANS suitable for positive conveying and negative suction. Manufatured out of special materials for Gas conveying and fitted with Mechanical & Semi-mechanical seals.

Swam offers its advanced technology, Next Generation SR-Series Blowers, equipped with latest features, enabling it more reliable, energy efficient and lower maintenance. Blowers are ruggedly built appropriate rotor shaft design, aiming at low deflection and sound level The rotor profile of SR-Series are computer generated, enabling better uniform clearance and higher volumetric efficiency The Blowers are readily available for flows upto 1300 M3/hr and pressure upto o.6 kg/cm2

Swam dry screw vacuum pumps are designed under SWAM’s unique screw profile engineering to fulfill wide range of chemical and industrial processes. It is operating by rotating a paired screws that efficiently admit gases from inlet into the pump inside and compress through the screw’s swept volume toward the discharge.

Pressure : Upto 0.01 Torr

liquid Ring Vacuum Pump

Swam Liquid Ring Vacuum Compressors and Pumps are rotary machines in which liquid is made to act as a piston. This liquid is generally water for most of the applications. Hence these are known as Water Ring. A balanced rotor with fixed radial blades having slight curvature at the tips and a hollow hub revolves in a circular casing containing the liquid. The axis of rotor is placed eccentric with the axis of casing.

Capacity : Upto 30000 M3 / Hr. to 90% Vacuum

uil Vane Vacuum Pump

Oil-lubricated rotary vane vacuum pumps are positive-displacement pumps that feature sliding vanes in a rotor rotating within a cavity. An eccentrically mounted rotor with slots rotates in a cylindrical housing and the precisely fitting sliding vanes move in the slots and separate the individual working chambers.

The vacuum boosters in combination with conventional Vacuum mechanical pumps boost high vacuum upto one micron. Ideal for low cost high displacement and vacuum from 50 Torr to one micron.

Capacity : From 500 M3/Hr. to 52000 M3 / Hr.
Pressure : Upto 10-3 Torr in multi stage.

MVR Blowers

Mechanical Vapour Re­ Compressor, equipped with latest features, enabling it more reliable, energy efficient and lower maintenance. Blowers/Compressors are ruggedly built appropriate rotor shaft design, aiming at low deflection and sound level The rotor profile are computer generated, enabling better uniform clearance and higher volumetric efficiency They are readily available for flows upto 35,000 M3/hr and pressure upto 1.1 kg/cm2 & Vacuum upto6o%.

Vacuum Systems & Packages

Swam offers complete turnkey vacuum system packages with very high vacuums. The system consists of backup pump with vacuum boosters, condensers, gauges, switches, starter panels etc. Thus Swam ready to provide optional total package solution and will deliver package performance as per client requirements. Combination of backup pumps with one booster, two booster, three booster upto five booster with condenser cashpot.

Swam offers advanced design Condenser Exhauster for hogging and holding service in power generation. The system consists of liquid ring vacuum pumps, separator, heat exchanger and ejector (optional) with total recirculation.

Shell & tube type Heat Exchangers are built in a wide variety of sizes and capacities. The Heat Exchangers are fabricated as per TEMA / ASME unfired pressure vessels codes & ASHRAE standard. Heat Exchangers for sea water marine application or with steels shells are also offered and designed as also offered and designed as per customer specific requirement.

Enclosures & Silencers

Acoustic Enclosure comprises of modular structural frames made out of Steal Plates & Sheets and pre-fabricated sections for high performance acoustic panels. The enclosure is designed acoustically and mechanically to the desired noise level specified by the customer. The thickness of the panel is based on the design requirement.

4. Swam offers a complete Turn Key service from concept, engineering and design, all the way to manufacturing, testing, installation and commissioning.

5. All of our products have to pass our in-house real-time Hot run testing to a motor size of 1,000Kw for which a performance test certificate is issued as standard.testing station.

The Rotors move opposite to each other, maintaining fine clearances, in perfect synchronization through a set of precision timing gears.

As the rotation proceeds, the trapped air/gas moves along until it reaches the discharge port raising its pressure against the system resistance. The precise clearances within the blower makes possible the rise in pressure with the least internal slip loss.
